When it comes to maintaining your IT equipment, we realise that sometimes it can be hard to know if the part you are purchasing is the correct fit or fix.
We help with your part selection by offering detailed information on our website or by assistance from our team. In addition to this, we offer, on select parts, a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for the price of the qualifying part if you have a change of mind or the part isn’t a fit or fix for your issue.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this policy, the following conditions need to be met:
- You submit a Returns Request online within 30 days of your invoice date.
- The part is included in the policy (confirmation will appear on our website and your Order Confirmation/Invoice).
- The part is in resaleable condition with original packaging and all components (cables, accessories, etc.), and is undamaged.
- After approval, you return the part to our nominated address within 14 days at your own cost.
Process
If the part you purchased is eligible, submit a Returns Request online within 30 days of your invoice date. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.
Returning the Item
The part must be returned to our Sydney Warehouse within 14 days of receiving your approval, at your own cost. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. EMPR is not liable for damage sustained during return shipping. Reuse the satchel where possible, and do not place the shipping label directly on the part’s box.
Once Returned
Upon receipt, our team will verify the part meets return conditions. If approved, a credit note will be issued for the part price (excluding freight). Refunds, if due, will be processed via your original payment method within 2 business days, as per our Terms and Conditions.
Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
